Purchased this Uvizone Lamp to help with funky smell throughout the house which included allergies. It has really helped freshen things. It removes stale smell from the air and it truly feels and smells cleaner! My allergies have gotten better and it only takes 15 minutes a day. Pretty handy remote as well and timer function.
I bought the Uvizone to deal with the problem of dampness and mold in my bathroom. I run it for 30 minutes every day when no one is at home, and use it with a dehumidifier and mold test kits. The dehumidification and mold removal effect has been very effective.
Remember that old commercial where they showed how many dust mites live in our bedding? Spoiler: a lot, and you can’t see them that’s the whole problem.
So, I decided to try fighting them and, at the same time, reduce the humidity in the room, which negatively affects air quality. This is especially relevant for the basement, where there’s often a feeling of dampness, and cleaning doesn’t really help.
What is this device? It’s a 38W ultraviolet lamp with a timer function for 15, 30, or 60 minutes and a remote control. The kit includes protective glasses, which is a nice touch.
During use, the Uvizone has shown itself from the best side. I use it to treat the bedroom, basement, and even the bathroom. After half an hour of operation, a light “sunny” smell appears in the room, creating a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. In the basement, I was able to significantly reduce the humidity and get rid of unpleasant odors. Since I rent out properties, there are times when I need to disinfect a room and remove unpleasant smells, and this lamp is a huge help with that as well.
This device turned out to be very useful for solving practical household tasks. Highly recommend!
Yes I bought 2 and they work great especially here in sunny California with all the rain about and the trees with flowers and pollen floating around also a good time for mould spore to get active. I use them both about twice a week and find that the house feels much cleaner/fresher by using them.. Regards. 😁
I've had this for over 2 years and I love it, I love the way the room smells so fresh and I use it every other night, mostly use the 1 hour mode. I had to order more cause after a while it would stop working on any setting that I tried to use, I lamp would come on and then shut off, so I order another 3 and guess what the same thing happened, glad I have 2 for back up, but someone needs to look into why after 10-12 months, it stops working
